Personality:
Midnightstorm is a cat that absolutely cannot take a blow to his pride verbally without being annoyed. Some cat might say he was the most irritable fur ball in the clan. The tom is surprisingly touchy, even inside his own clan. Being different by blood puts thoughts of not belonging into his mind.
The only cats he ever seems to show any care to are his mate and kits, which he would protect to his last breath. Make no mistake that he was sure Mintstar would choose him for deputy, and it triggered an anger from his having expected to become deputy.

His mother was a clan cat, and his father was a loner. His mother Sageflower has joined StarClan, but when she was with SkyClan she was deputy of her clan. His brother, Kinkedkit (kinked tail) was dead when he was born.
Brief history:
Kithood
He had no idea of who his father was until he was nearly an apprentice. His mother was so protective that only the medicine cat and leader could get close to him. He didn't take this for granted, having someone who would protect her.
Apprenticeship
Midnightstorm had a mentor who took no crap. As an apprentice, Midnightstorm was a difficult cat to reason with. He was always ready to challenge his mentor, and fought claws out with her once. He left with a lesser amount of wounds than she. Midnightpaw used to take strolls at night, and once he discovered a badger making a set. He pelted back to camp and told the deputy, who was awake. Midnightpaw showed him the badger, and a few seasons later he retired of old age.
Warriorness
A season after receiving his name, the deputy retired. His mother was chosen deputy. She lived to see him have kits with the warrior he loved, also his eager apprentice Mintpaw. (Mintstar) Sageflower didn't completely approve, and when the kits where young she died, drowning in the river. Mintfrost was made deputy at this time, and the leader joined StarClan because of Greencough later. End of History ^^
